FlightClaim UK provides automated complaint letter generation for UK airline passengers. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
What we provide
We generate a formal complaint letter based on the information you provide. The letter cites UK Regulation 261/2004 and includes appropriate escalation paths. This is a document generation service, not a legal service.
Not legal advice
FlightClaim UK is not a law firm, solicitor, or legal adviser. The letters we generate are based on well-established UK passenger rights legislation but do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and sending the letter.
Payment and refunds
The service costs £19 per letter. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. As the letter is delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not available. If we fail to generate your letter due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund.
Accuracy
The accuracy of the letter depends on the information you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect details, flight information, or outcomes of your complaint.
